Download APK · 41 MBGo to Store Profile / Settings, tap “Configure Printer” under Thermal Printer Setup. Choose your connection type (Bluetooth, USB, or Network), select your device or IP address, pick your receipt paper width (58 mm or 80 mm), and press “Test Print” to verify the connection.
Yes! ShopMate POS is built offline-first on a local Room SQLite database. Transactions, inventory updates, checkout and customer ledger records all work completely offline. Once internet returns, data automatically syncs with Firebase Cloud.
During POS checkout, select “Utang / Credit” as the payment method and attach a customer to the transaction. The amount is logged to the customer's balance ledger. View balances, credit limits, and record partial or full repayments anytime in the Customers screen.
Open Settings / Store Profile. In the “Appearance & Theme” section you can choose Light, Dark, or System mode to customize the app look and feel.
When signed in and connected to the internet, tap “Sync Database” in the Store Profile screen. Your products, categories, sales history and customer records are securely backed up and synchronized with Firebase Realtime Database.
Open the Reports or Dashboard screen from the bottom navigation. Analyze sales performance charts, profit margins, top-selling products, category distributions and customer credit summaries.
